Matt’s Corner – Home Inspection Tips
Matt Lottes joined the Pillar to Post team in May of 2005. My franchise is located in northeast Indianapolis and serves the city, its suburbs, and all of Central Indiana. Matt, a graduate of Purdue University, spent 15+ years as a chemical engineer consulting with several Fortune 500 companies prior to entering the home inspection industry. I currently employ one additional inspector to better meet the needs of our clients and more than 1500 realtors located in our territory. In less than three years of operation, Pillar to Post of NE Indianapolis controls more than 8% of its market share, and continues to grow when other home inspection companies have faltered.
I’ve began working with Team Galt soon after I opened our franchise, we’ve worked together ever since.
